For more than 30 years, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people perform, recover, and thrive—not just in sport, but in life. My work began with athletes, from juniors discovering their potential to Olympians and world champions refining their craft. But over time, I realized that the principles that help athletes excel—strength, mobility, bone health, and functional capacity—are the same ones that allow anyone to live with vitality, resilience, and confidence.
Today, I work with a wide range of people: competitive athletes, active professionals, older adults focused on longevity, and anyone who wants to move better, feel stronger, and stay healthy for the long haul.
My Approach
Every successful transformation begins with a plan. My role is to help you create and execute a strategic roadmap that bridges the gap between where you are today and where you want to be.
The process starts with a comprehensive evaluation: assessing your current movement patterns, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and clarifying your long-term goals.
